Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a profile, browsing, or purchasing rank boosts on Superstars ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. The Ranking Mechanics & Nature of Service

Superstars is a competitive social leaderboard and digital showcase arena. Rank positions are determined solely by cumulative financial contributions ("VALORE") made by or on behalf of each profile. You acknowledge that:

• Rank positions are dynamic and not guaranteed for any fixed period of time. Any other user may surpass your position at any time by paying more.
• All payments are final, non-refundable, and represent purchase of digital ranking status and profile visibility.
• Contributions do not constitute financial investments, securities, equity, or revenue-generating assets.

3. User Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for the information, photos, and links you publish. You agree not to upload defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, infringing, or illegal material. Superstars reserves the right to suspend or terminate any profile that violates these guidelines without refund.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Minimum entry and boost amounts are clearly indicated before confirmation. Chargebacks or fraudulent transactions will result in permanent removal from the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Superstars is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from leaderboard fluctuations, server downtime, or third-party service interruptions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law and applicable European regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts.
